DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: November 2026
Pinotto respects the rights of creators and copyright owners and responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.
1. We don't host media
Pinotto doesn't upload, host or store videos, images or audio. When someone submits a link, the file is fetched from the original platform's servers (Pinterest, Instagram, Threads or LinkedIn) at that moment. If content is removed from the original platform, it can no longer be downloaded through Pinotto.
2. Sending a notice
If you believe content accessible through Pinotto infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
- the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed;
- the exact URL(s) involved;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review valid notices promptly and block the reported URLs from being processed. We also recommend reporting the content to the platform that hosts it, since that removes it at the source.
